Registration for the Flat Classroom Conference, February 25-27, 2011 opened June 1, 2010 on this website. Early bird registration is available until November 15, 2010. Places are limited for this event in both the Student Summit and the Leadership Workshop.

We invite registration NOW from interested educators, administrators and education leaders in K-12 and tertiary institutions wanting to attend the Flat Classroom Conference Leadership Workshop.
In addition, teachers WISHING TO APPLY to bring secondary students to the Student Summit must complete the following to be considered. (Note: Acceptance is NOT automatic for this strand due to the limited places):

Applications must be submitted by November 15, 2010 to be considered for the Early Bird international registration rate. Successful applicants will be notified as soon as possible and on a 'first come, first serve' basis. We encourage schools/teachers interested in the Student Summit to apply and contact us as early as possible.

- Receive an email of acceptance from conference organizers
- Complete the Payment form to finalize registration for students and accompanying teachers

Registration for this event is available via the online form. It is preferred that payments be made electronically and rates are quoted in US dollars.

Student registration is for K-12 students accompanied by a teacher from their school.

Cancellation / Refund Policy
Only Early Bird Registrations can be partially refunded. Registrant requests for refund of registration fee will be considered if a written request is sent postmarked by the 15th of November 2010 (Early Bird Registration date), also shown above. No refunds can be issued for requests postmarked after this date. Refunds are subject to a US$45.00 cancellation fee; there are no refunds for non-attendance but registrant's name can be changed until January 30, 2011.
